I recently purchased Alexis Faere’s Volume Two Stayin’ in Touch Positive Emotions book. The book is designed to help connect with our inner being, our inner thoughts, expressing those thoughts with writing or whatever creative way to express them inside the book. It is a good way to start the day in a positive light. These books would make great gifts for friends and family.
